Wow that is odd. The Hazmat's history doesn't match and neither does the Ushanka.

I guess this supports 93 as that would be near the midpoint of the Hazmat and the Ushanka. I know it doesn't work like that but it kinda supports?

Both hats will need minis here, although this will definitely need a range. I don't think I can predict what kind of range it'll be though, as both hats are prone to changing alot in price.
