I felt the 95, being the most recent trade, should be included and more closely represents the true value given the 100 key trade that was simply capped by B/O, but went with the advice of the three of you posted on the original suggestion.

Winger was added with the Whirly Warrior, so your Lucky mini should be 100 (capped by B/O). If it wasn't comfortably an outlier before, it is with the adjusted mini value.

I think the actual issue here is the Nunhood mini - the sale you used is fine and correctly tracked, but for an unpriced hat just using a single sale isn't the best option when multiple recent sales are available and data points are likely to be spread out.

I reviewed a suggestion for one of these previously - http://backpack.tf/suggestion/5909c113e3387771d2720bff - and my suggested Nunhood mini was 65-79, which I think is still ideal here. There is a seller asking for 70, but he has been letting his advertisements go inactive since he acquired the hat, so I would ignore that.

67-70 would be better here, with the new low-end coming as a result of the mini getting a range.
