I recently sold one on market for 29,13 euro.

The key price is currently 2,21 euro: 29,13 / 2,21 = 13 keys.

We don't do decimal prices, please round this to 13 flat.

However once you do that, I can't immediately see any other sales, so this on its own is a valid suggestion.

Is editing the price possible?

You can't edit the price if you've already submitted the suggestion unfortunately. You'll have to close this and open a new one with the new price

You don't get negative points for closing a suggestion, just for having one closed. If he closes this himself he should be fine.
