Ok, this will be close enough but worth pointing these things just in case:

- The seller in sale 1 was willing to take 48 keys pure (check comments)

The seller for 44 is fairly young, so 47-55 should work here. Turns out that the median you are suggesting here is the same as the one from 47-55, so accepting as close enough.
