It's really your choice on what is the most appropriate pricing. From what I can see, I'd probably suggest it at 28.66 - 28.77 refined.

keys are over priced and inflated. push the price down not up. and the sell orders are there to make profit. try to get the price of key down not make it more. your making things that shouldnt be worth as much, even more than they should be
