You are pulling 13 for your Big Country mini out of thin air. The country needs a proper mini.

So 13-14 there, meaning 66 for the sale overall. Can still be rounded to 65, so I'm fine with this as is provided it stays off the market. But as Fish states, you do need an actual mini - can't just twist the old price around and call it good.
