Suitable for a duped drop? Clean instances haven't moved in almost a year, and are in the backpacks of people who haven't been online in over 2 months.

R+ubi Pay 41 key pure,36 keys sale outlier there

R+Ubi's buying prices are unreliable as hell. In like 10% of situations do they actually pay their listed price.

If they pay 41, explain to me why there's a seller at 40.

Can't call 41 a valid quickbuy price considering that, but even moreso because R+ubi specifically states in their notes that they will pay less for duped, as many quickbuyers do.

EXCEPTIONS - A hat may be priced using duped sales if both these criteria are met

There are NO sales of the clean version in the last year

The owner of the clean versions cannot be active. For clarity, this means: No premium on either trading site and no major trades on either trading site for the past 6 months, Inactive/Offline on steam, very low hours (recently) or Trade banned/unable to trade

^All of the circumstances in the second bullet need to be met (minus the trade banned thing, which is its own deal), meaning this is invalid because the clean owners are still actively playing TF2 on a regular basis/have high hours.

So we discussed the criteria for pricing based on dupes for like two hours solid, and collectively decided that this IS fine, basically because every suggestion that has ever been done to price the PE Connoisseur has been based on dupes in the first place, raises included, meaning the entire market for these has always been what dupes were selling for as far as suggestions here have been concerned, and there is no way to actually verify that clean would sell for any more with all of them long off the market. Woifi's going to update the phrasing of the criteria at some point soon, when it has been sufficiently nitpicked. For now, please do re-suggest at 40-47. We're pretty sure this time, I promise.
