If you're calling 55 low, I'd call 120 high, too. Since you have three sales at ~85 now, a range with those seems preferable.

Without rounding, 55 is equally far off the central sales as 120 is; I see no reason why only the low ones are outliers. I think with the two 80 ish sales, this can get a range of 83-84
