Question of the day: is 4 days a quicksell for a hat of this tier? I'm not counting it as one here, otherwise eveything would be a quicksell except the 19 sale :O

23 and below is obviously a quicksell price here, so not using those sales. Calling the 30 sale an outlier due to the two sellers below both unsold for almost two weeks. This also counters the old barely usable 31 sale from the previous suggestions. Including 28 because that sale is around the current buyouts on the hat. Including 25 because it did take a few days to sell, and it was a pure sale. Going with 25-28.
