The outpost user doesn't seem the be the most active. He has been offline for 2 days. His most current steam comments on his page are about how he is taking ages to accept offers.

Argh, didn't think to check his steam profile since he'd bumped his outpost quite often recently. I'll ask Fish + see if it's still alright for me to use! Thanks Moose :)

You make a good point, but those comments could just as easily be him considering CS:GO offers. The user seems to be a far more avid CS:GO trader than a TF2 trader and while it's not fair to assume those trade offers were not automatically for the bonedolier itself, one of the people complaining about slow offer time is also a CSGO trader: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198135604072

I like our odds here. I think 1-1.11 is fine.
