Scrap.tf sellers have to be a month unsold before they can be used to drop the price of an item.

I have never heard that before, could you explain the logic behind that?

I'd assume that it has something to do with the items not being advertised on trading sites, so they aren't as likely to be found. Otherwise I don't know what to tell you.

Edit: That, and scrap.tf prices tend to be lowered every now and then, so something listed as 1 week unsold at a certain price could actually be less than a week, with no real way of telling what it was originally listed for.

Sorry for being so very late, but essentially what Jarool said. That, and scrap.tf only looks for pure, whereas other traders would consider unusual/mixed offers.

It was bought for ~34 keys after 25 days, then dumped again on scrap, then bought again from there.

This is going to be ok now, but in the future avoid suggesting B/O drops if the hat isn't at least 1 month unsold at the time. Your suggestion might get closed if it doesn't meet that criteria.
