All sellers here are below the current range. Excluding duped, we have 54 and 55 by automatic sellers. No exchanges in a month, except a couple of qs, that hats listed here at the moment.

so where is the range coming from? and it's 15% or more needed to drop based on b/o's alone. can't be sales within the last 2 months

You can't set a range with sellers. You can do >15% B/O drops when there aren't usable sales, and in those cases you can only suggest a flat price.

You will need to check the history links Happy provided, and if there aren't usable sales (which I doubt), then you can suggest a flat value drop on this.
