Majority of the sellers are selling for 29 ref, even some banking sites are slowly transitioning into selling for 29 ref. Some are also buying for 29 so i think its time

You have to realize buyers will increase their price by 0.11 ref in order to get their item faster, as the current price is 28.88 which means if you increased the price of keys to 29 ref, buyers will just increase to 29.11 if they want to get faster trade offers.
