Sales at 17, 17, 18, 19, 26, 28.

One of the two 17 sold really fast (within a day) whereas the other one took about a month to sell so I want to include it.

Suggesting 17-26 and calling 28 high with seller and multiple sales below it. One might even argue 17-19 would be better but the sell order is only 1 day old. If it doesn't sell then we might need to lower the range

it should counter 17 as 16.4 is very close to 17 and its not just 1 buy order but rather 2 , ofc you can argue that its quite far.

16.4 is rounded down to 16 though and 2x sales at 17 show that it's part of the common trading range, at least that's my opinion...

I think it'll be fair to call anything above 22 an outlier, given the sales and B/Os at less that have appeared. 17-22 should be fine here.
