Yes, mini-ing low tiers DOES matter. Your sale could very easily be 5-10 keys off from either the low or high end.

I also see no reason to exclude 61 here.

As a side-note, ~2 Keys in sweets were added to the TC on that sale. Keep that in mind.

Resuggest once you've fixed your second sale, and use 61 as the low end.

Yeah now with two back-to-back sales at 68(pure) and 70, I feel like 61's gonna be low now. I would've preferred if you didn't round up by 3 keys since the third sale is gonna come down to ~70-77, though I think it'll be fine to call this close enough. Be sure to round down next time though.
