I feel like this will be shot down but less than 5%?
Recently some mods have been a lot more lenient with <5% changes. I would have gone 10.55 flat but with all the sales @ 10.44 I would have needed this range. It quite clearly shows that a raise is needed and there are 1 Page of Buyers @ 10.44 and just over 2 Pages of Sellers @ 10.55. We shall see.
