That sale is obvious low quicksale (you cant price with quicksale + owner currently reselling so new sale might happen) , most quickbuyers can pay that much for strange unusual Knife, because it sellable for >80 keys. Strange unusual weapons market is super small and noone even making quickbuy orders for them. But if you know how unusual weapons market works you easily can determine good quicksell price for strange unusual weapon

Strange unusual hats not rare because of keyless crates, strange unusual weapons are still quite rare, this one is currently 1 of 4 strange unusual Knife on the market, and 1 of 2 with this effect. And around 30 Non strange unusual Knives on classies atm
