Scrap.tf one is duped, so how does this work? Both clean ones haven't been sold in years.. and no listing up at tf2outpost, classifieds or bazaar.tf.

The owner of the clean versions can not be active. For clarity, this means:

No premium on either trading site and no major trades on either trading site for the past 6 months and that they are Inactive/Offline on steam and have very low hours in tf2 (recently)

That they are Trade banned/unable to trade."

One of the clean version owners is an active trader, and listed the Modest for sale recently, so this suggestion is invalid:
