What will probably end up happening is either
1. Mod will close it because there aren't any sales
2. Mod will provide sales at 13.77 and ask for a range.

I never said it would be accepted, but I don't see any reason that the mods would close it soon. There is clear example of a downwards trend, and although it might not be enough currently there's no reason it won't be enough once people can provide sales and once the sellers can age adequately. Even if those criteria are met, this suggestion will likely just be closed and a new one will be opened at a lower range, since the previous suggestion was accepted only a few days ago and already there is evidence of a price drop.
