27 should still be fine though, i think.
Ah, ok. Also, this hat was resold https://backpack.tf/item/4134051266
The two other sales on that hat are bulk, one of them are being used for the Tesla Coil Fortunate Son here:

lol. I counted everything ignoring the Strange Fortunate
Although Hard to find fool proof evidence this screenshot shows that the seller listed the item on tf2 outpost for 28 keys.
https://prnt.sc/fopzyh
This is proof that the listed item was a quicksell / discounted. As The item was listed as a quicksell and no other trades were shown in the suggestion, the suggestion is inaccurate as quicksells can't be used to determine the price of the item. This is further backed up as items which totalled to 27-28 keys were traded for the unusual. This proves that this suggestion is inaccurate and is not a clear indicator of this items price.
I actually bought this hat and it was advertised as a quicksell. With the Australium scattergun being counted as pure (26) + Strange fortunate son + .5 keys items. Which roughly fits within the advertised quicksell price at the time which was 28.
A Miami Nights fortunate son was also sold on SCM for $98.78 on April 21, which shows the buyer was willing to spend over 40 keys worth. I took notice of the sale as it happened a couple of days after I bought my own miami nights fortunate son.
