However, Backpack.tf has a nice way to show scammers etc in the histories, this is done by a red line through the users name. The user you traded with https://backpack.tf/u/76561198218566031 - Is a marked Alt of a scammer. Outpost.tf also agrees - http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/7656119821856603.

In conclusion, you have traded with a scammer/scammer alt. Which I think breaks the rules of Backpack.tf and Outpost.tf

For future, I will recommend you thoroughly checking everything about a user before you trade with them. I had this misc for a while and it was hard to get an acceptable offer. If an offer is too good to be true. Check and Double check!!

Yeah was just adding proof to sale, I realised after that I fucked up. I saw he was banned but it didn't give me a reason realised I had to go from just his BP to profile page on backpack, so I asked him and he said it was former highjacking or something along those lines
