This is very overpriced!

1 recent sale at ~15€ ~ 6.5 keys and 3 recent sales at ~10€ on scm = 4.5 keys, however these are countered by the buyers of 10€ on scm and the 4.5 key and 5 key buyorder.

Key price is ~2.2€ on scm, so taking the price it sold for / 2.2 = The key price of the item.

Going with 6.5 keys flat!
