It was my fault that the suggester re-suggested at 34 flat here - I didn't notice that he had re-listed it. However, capping the sale with the seller isn't right either, it should get a range. I have asked him to re-suggest so that he can complete his suggestion.
Is that how that works, I was wondering what would happen if someone listed it for less after they bought it but payed more. So if you want me to close this so he can relist at 33-34 then i'm fine with that.
Basically, sellers should not cap sales - only the sale's own B/O should cap it. If sales and sellers conflict, either a range is formed or the sale is deemed an outlier, depending on how much they conflict. Your point about his sell order is valid, and I want him to be able to finish his work and re-submit with a range. It's my fault he didn't just submit at 33-34 in the first place after all.
Thank you for explaining that to me, I will close this so he can re suggest. Hopefully his passes without fail! :D
