The other sale I found sold (with a cheap skin) for either a terror-watt gym rat, or a bubbling valley forge. Can’t identify which one it was, but either way, this can be used to update the hat it sold for.

Judging by the Outpost profile of the Raincatcher seller, seems like it was traded for the Bubbling Valley, although histories don't match.

The Valley was relisted several times for 15, 14, 13.5, 13 and finally 12 keys, so this should be ok.
