The buyer of the sale at 13 does not appear to be re-selling, so I don’t think this should be regarded as a “quicksale”, seeing as the new owner doesn’t appear to be re-selling for profit. It’s also the highest sale, so excluding it wouldn’t make sense.

Pretty much every sale sold in a short-ish amount of time, but appears to be very close to all the other sales. Given that, I’d say we have a clear selling point here.
