There's 20 sellers at 3.88 refined, that sale at 4 refined looks like an outlier to me

Didn't check the sellers earlier, only posted quick! Cheers for letting me know and yeah with 2 pages of 3.88 or less sellers I'd be happy to call this an outlier too.
