I remember selling it for the Stormy Storm Hustler's Hallmark (14-15) and the Bubbling Normal Ammasment of Hats (17-20 back when price was 10 months old. Now goes for 14-16) Working with current prices, it adds up to about 29.5 which rather fits with higher end. Upvote.

...it also means you have no sale for 21 keys though. Your compare of the supposed sale for 21 is just Kamen's sale from the other side - keys don't match because they weren't part of the actual sale, which actually the Hallmark + Noble as Kamen reported it.
