Assuming keys are being sold for $2.00 on paypal, converting it to keys would be 200 straight.
Probably won't be up for sale as he wanted to complete his sniper set.

Well other big reputable sellers price their keys at $2 I guess it's fine? :p
Given the recent change on how we price refined metal, keys should be valued at 0.065*30.05= ~$1.95. Rounding down to 200 won't make a big difference, so this will be fine.
