Summary

With this many lower sales, we cant ignore them, and since 15 took a week from a very-well bumped primium user (rubi) 15 should be in the range, despite the qs at 16. 14 is countered by the Buy Orders, however, so excluding that. 22 might look like an outlier based off the marketplace seller, but cash sales typically take longer and are less accurate, and 15 flat on its own seems too low.
