While it may look like it quicksold, It is probably but up there to specifically sell to someone who has cash instead of items. There is no outpost trade, happened off-market as well - cant really be a qs in that regard. It also simply appears to be full pure regardless, new owner is NOT reselling, and it has been 2 months since the sale.
