Low end countered by quickbuyers ?

With the only other history with recent sales being a rat's nest ( https://backpack.tf/item/3344366137 ), a sale at ~8 pure and ~9 pure are all we have (which is fine, I love pure sales), and the sale at ~8 was sold by a seller who knows what he's doing. This is one of those cases in which both 8 is too low and 9 is too high.
