I think it’s best to go with 12-13 keys here. Unsold at 14 keys for well over 2 months prove that 15+ shouldn’t be in the range. Many unsolds at 11-13 keys exclude the 14 key sale. 12-13 is probably going to represent the most common trading point here, so going with 12-13 keys.
