Rolling with 21 flat.
If the sale occurred 17th why is the hat untradable on the 2nd may?
His compare is bad. This is the better compare link - https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198069735882#!/compare/1492819200/1493683200
Trade happened between April 22 and and May 2. Two sales happened in that period and it could be either - 20.25 USD and 28.59 USD. I would personally be okay with assuming it was the one on May 1 at 28.59 cause most people refresh their inventory right after buying a new unusual. Would put it at 11.5 keys. You guys can discuss if you're okay with that assumption.
EDIT: If you actually look at the histories of his other items, they are all changing hands May 1. Can be pretty confident sale was the one on May 1.
