^THAT is your high outlier here.

Sales at 48, 55, 67, and ~120. I prefer the wider range here (barring the one obvious omission) given that the sales are pretty spread out, and I think it's hard to argue that 67 is too high when selling for 120 is possible and the lowest (young) seller is asking 70. Go with 48-67.
