I checked the link below. It does not say "Selling for: XXX keys" when you hover with your mouse over the hat; nor is it listed visibly in his classifieds. Likely this is an inactive listing. Maybe expired due to inactivity or maybe removed by mods for whatever reasons.

If it expired due to inactivity then I don't think it should be used to range the item from 90-115 simply because he does not seem to bump his item, nor does he actively advertise it anymore.

It's not possible to know if he had a higher b/o in the pas. Furthermore, the OTHER sale doesn't necessary need to cap at 92 because of this. Anyways, thanks for the feedback. I'll wait for a mod to comment before taking a decision here.

It's been 28 days now since this suggestion has been made, yet no mod reviewed it. I found no other sales during that time so 115 should still work because it's the only useable sale.

This should have been rounded down to 110 (the total is 112) but eh, close enough.

And the hidden listing is gone, so this will be fine.
