The Airdog is 26.5, not 25. The B/O of 25 for the Pugilist (no idea if that's what you meant) was there for less than a day, so you should ignore it:

You also missed the ~3 keys in sweets added with the Norsemann, which appear right there in the second link. You can round down the first sale and resuggest at 26 keys flat.
