I disagree with that. It was B/O capped at 13, and the sale used there occurred before any of the current sellers had appeared. The lowest the Samur should be valued there is 14-16 based on the accepted suggestion 2 months prior and the sellers that appeared shortly after. Given that the sale itself occurred between the two they are both reflective of the Samur's worth at the time, and the sale still would still have capped at 13.

However, I suppose that the Fruit Shoot can be valued as ~14 with or without that sale, as the only other sale in its recent update was for 14 keys. Since the value rounds up when used here, there's basically no difference as to whether the Samur sale is support or sets the range for the Fruit Shoot as far as it influences this suggestion. Sellers also support the drop here, so accepting on those grounds.
