    There are a shit ton of buyers for more than 1.6 that counter your evidence. The sale seems to be an outlier.

      Like I already said in your previous suggestion, that sale you may be a quicksell. There are, like you said, buyers at 1.67. That person could easily have sold it to the bots for a higher price. What you should be doing instead is either waiting for ~1.7 sellers to mature (list for more than a day) or find some other proof of sale, then resuggest at 1.7, or include a range if you found a sale ~1.65 and ~1.7 instead.
