Frost (the top backpack value guy) added me a week ago and said that he would give "a hundred keys overpay" which I didn't take either. I am not quite sure why this hat is going up. He did mention that all 3 other sellers were not going to sell at all though.

This is going up because of the huge bulk sale, the price will be up-to-date to what is selling.

1 sale is enough to raise/drop something, also, if the 3 other sellers aren't gonna sell, you'll probably get a boost in offers due to yours being the only one on the market.

The strange thing, it's not even on the market haha.Thanks for telling me about the bulk sale. I have been out of tf2 trading for a very long time and mostly do community market stuff. My outpost has had no activity since I dumped a bunch of stuff to buy my darkblaze leadwear.
