The Patriot Peak does not appear on the seller's side (even though he is the first owner) so he likely had it for a very short time. Looking at the other sales (75 being full cash) etc I'd consider this a quicksell (not to mention it's a bit low as well).
To be fair, I would take the honcho over the peak anyday.
I guess you should've stuck with the chullo's current price huh.
