for hats of this tier, I would just not make a suggestion if there are young sellers for less than your sale. Just wait for it to sell

If we take the hearts pusher sale in mind(that sale should be used for that, by the way), we have sales at ~60, 67, 85 and 95. I'd make both 60 and 95 outliers here and resuggest at 67-85.
