Well, if this sells for more that's great. But currently it's proven to be not worth more than that. Got three sales here that average to 25.

When it comes to selling for unusuals, yes it VERY much is defined by what it sold for. Like I said, I'm not resuggesting unless this resells.

Sale is for a hot one / doesn't line up with certainty because the compare is wonky.

They presently don't counter anything until these sales are proven to be an outlier. If the buyers are the ONLY ones making successful purchases, this is the correct value.

So we have a quicksell to a buy order for 25, a sale at 27, a sale at 34, and a sale at 23.

We also have buyers at 24, 25, and 27.
