Ok so since you made the suggestion someone made a sugg for the neckwear. It only has 1 usable sale besides the being used here, the other sales are either for really outdated stuff or bulk deals - see here https://backpack.tf/suggestion/5967b6bacf6c752697320201

What I'd like to do is have you re-sugg this at 130-140(or 142) so the neckwear can have another sale to help update it. Talked it over with other mods in discord and this is the best way to go. So yeh re-sugg at 130-140 or 130-142 whichever you would like.
