terrible sugg. 700-820. 560 is the outliner @140 key difference @820 its about 120 key difference.but yea this is mixed up like a cake ur opinions on outliners are terrible. and the noh was a quicksell and ur valuing my 800+ sale at 708 cause i got a quicksell on the noh? excuse me i declined a burning kissking and a burning valley forge+ for that noh 163 my ass.

where did 560 even come into the suggestion also? that seems like a huge outliner compared to all the 700-800+ sales.

it was on scrap for a while [dunno how long but was some time] before being sold for 183 or 186.. and then he said he was quickselling for about a week[ or more ] at 30%, and only ONLY when he put it on 50% off he sold it . what he told me

It was on scrap for ~2-4 days looking at compare links in January, that's super outdated, and not that long of a time for a higher-tier hat. I saw it for sub-3 hours on classifieds before it sold as a quicksell. Do you have any evidence that it was being quicksold prior? Looking through his Outpost ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/76561198155082343 ) I see no evidence of prior quickselling.
