67.5 (value of burning billy) - 7 (value of ambassador) - 4 (the keys) = 56.5 or 57 (rounded up, value of PS Billy in this case)

57-60 might be better with 70 being an outlier?

The B/O in sale 2 was 65 keys, and was most likely changed after the sale
