Thanks for the confirmation, but I still do have some issues:

1) I do not doubt one second that there was money added in the trade, but I really can’t say that the trade is worth 500-550 (something I also have issue with that I’ll get to later) until I get actual proof of it. Like you said, you believe only solid proof should be used in price suggestions, not speculation.

2) Was it 500, 525, or 550? I apologize for the confusion, but I haven’t seen a clear answer from you. In the first suggestion, you said you valued it at 550 keys, and now you’re valuing it somewhere in-between 500-550? This may fall under ‘speculation’ -something that you’re apparently against- but I have seen instances where the trade was capped by what a seller/buyer was valuing it at the time.

3) I personally have never seen what you’re talking about. I’m not denying that a shady suggestion or two have been accepted in the past, but I’ve never seen it. I’d like to see solid evidence of it, not just speculations. Otherwise, this is just poisoning the well. Even if it does happen, how often does it happen, really? In the unlikely event that it does happen, you know you can make a counter-suggestion to point out the errors, right? I’m here to tell you that rarely a suggester has an ulterior motive behind changing the price of a certain hat.

4) I added sale #1 and #2 in case anyone sees this hat’s history and asks what those sales are. It’s a pretty common thing for a suggester to do. In fact, I do it in almost every price suggestion I do.
