This hat is 1/2 with the second one never leaving the owner's inventory, as such, there's no exchange to base off of from there. As for this one in the below comparison, the last exchange of it before yesterday (July 14th, 2017), was obtained April 1st, 2017 so I'm going to be ignoring whatever exchange that was because it was over 3 months ago. Here is the trade I had with him yesterday:
