Lowering with duped sales:

No non-duped sales in the past year. One clean owner is original owner, never sold for 4 years, active in TF2 but doesn't trade as far as I can tell. Other is in private backpack for 1 year, not sold for 3 years. Seems alright to lower with duped sales here.
