not rounding to 10-15 since that would make 12.5 and I feel that leaving it at 11-15 is more accurate and also leaves it at 13 flat

    Sales at 11 Keys were both Quicksells, both took ~1 Day Each to Sell so it's likely the Buddy sale is an outlier as well then.
