Only 1.5 pages of sellers total right now: a little low. As the market shifts, sellers are waiting it out, but it seems to me it's stabilizing at 13.44 with a page of sellers at that price for almost a day now. Sales at 13.55+ are unlikely and probably outliers. Going with 13.33-13.44.
